As a building broker our goal is to help clients achieve their perfect house design and then find them a builder who will turn that dream into a reality. We’re really happy to see that Aaron and Jess received just that with the final handover of their wonderful home earlier this year.
It feels like a big responsibility to take on new home building – but partnering with great home builders who do over and above what they promise to do makes our job so much more enjoyable. I’d like to personally thank the builder, Rob and Chris on behalf of Your Building Broker and Aaron and Jess for making everything run so smoothly.
Coming down the driveway the front of the home is revealed with the skillion roof and ample turning circle, the entry area is inviting for friends when they arrive and secure for the home owners.
Having a wonderful living space is really important to a conducive family lifestyle. This living area is practical, and keeps everyone connected in the heart of the home.
A separate home theatre gives a little more privacy and noise control when the footy or favourite movie is on.
Creating a strong connection to the rear parkland views and backyard was important. The double sliding doors also helps increase airflow when the cooling sea breezes come through in the early evenings.
The angled walls between the stairs and the alfresco opening create additional space in what would otherwise feel like a restricted space. Opening this up introduces volume allowing the home to ‘breathe’.
Creating an alfresco that links with the backyard and pool area was really important – and we think the BBQ fitout just sets this off!
If there’s one thing we love in Perth it’s a great outdoor area with a swimming pool.
The upstairs is filled with bedrooms and the parents retreat, as well as a balcony which helps Aaron and Jess keep an eye on the kids in the pool area if they need to be monitored.
The master bedroom also opens into the ensuite which feature his and hers vanity and shower heads.
Having a separate sitting room upstairs means this home has 3 different inside living areas – which is great for any family.
The upper floor balcony has a feature recess which could cater for a smaller ‘webber’ size BBQ or fridge to store drinks.
Overall, what a fantastic result. We’re looking forward to seeing more homes completed over the coming months and years and we’ll be sure to update the website with more amazing pictures.
Congratulations to Aaron and Jess on moving in – we hope you both create lots of wonderful memories in your new home!
