Why Use Your Building Broker?

Last year I met some great clients (Graham & Monique who were building in Watermans) who had a ‘solar design’ completed for them which cost $25,000 and would cost a further $25,000 for the Architect to manage the job on site. The budget was $500,000 however the lowest quote received by any builders was $980,000 with some quotes over $1.2M.
