In many display homes you’ll find that half of the list of items you liked about the home aren’t actually included in the base price; you’ll have to add that on later. Moreover, there are many things in display homes that aren’t seen that differentiate builders from each other, such as electrical provisions, site costs, variation fees and charges and construction time frames (just to name a few).
