All of our builders must go through our builder selection process ultimately showing they have commitment to quality construction through high building standards and a commitment to customer service.

We ask these questions each time we work with our clients when selecting a builder;

  • Can they deliver your new home to the building standard you expect?
  • Will they allow you to do what you are wanting to do during construction?
  • Do their policies and ethos align with your expectations?
  • Are their inclusions what you were expecting, from product specification and finishes through to construction details?
  • What are the builders time-frames for construction?
  • Do they have the support staff you’re looking for?
  • Have they provided referrals of past happy customers?
  • Are they reputable and have a proven track record of client satisfaction?

If a builder is capable of meeting those expectations, and is competitively priced, then we’ll recommend them to you. These builders will not only make your life easier, but in doing so will make our life easier. Likewise, there are builders that we may not recommend, sometimes for very good reasons. Generally speaking, if a builder in Perth isn’t on our recommended list, we have decided that they may make your building experience unenjoyable and in turn do nothing but give us headaches.

You have our assurance though that we don’t recommend unproven builders and we continue to review those builders who are proven as circumstances, staff and tradesmen change which is why it’s so important to have current reviews.
